I picked this hotel for its proximity to the Christmas markets, but it is also super convenient to the train station. Staff were friendly. Room was quite spacious with the most comfortable bed of the trip. Good water pressure in the shower. We didn’t do breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Room was great and location isn't far from the train station. Front desk service was also great. But if you're looking for a quiet evening, make sure to get a room far away from the Ebrietas bar that stays open until 2 am... loud music and yelling makes through even though the room is well insulated. And the price for breakfast is crazy considering the options in the city.
